The sauna experience was undermined by a flickering light that felt more like a strobe light, and the lack of a solution for the broken Wi-Fi on the TV added to the frustrations. The breakfast seemed pricey for the quality offered, and the cot mattress could use an upgrade for toddler comfort. The balcony turned out to be more of a raised area with trees rather than a proper balcony with a view.

The staff was attentive the whole time of my stay. The superior room was huge and the bed was very comfy. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was efficient.
Their staff were busy.

Standard hotel for a four-star. Very convenient when visiting Het Loo. There is a swimming pool, sauna and steam bath, so don't forget to take your swimming suit.

The location of the Bilderberg hotel is fantastic, especially for those who enjoy nature. It's near the Royal Palace and scenic forests, perfect for bike rides and exploring. My room, although spacious and clean, felt outdated. I found the furniture and decor to have a certain old-fashioned appeal but could use a modern touch for a refreshed vibe. Air conditioning in the room struggled at times, particularly during the warm summer days. Breakfast was a highlight, with a decent range of choices, but it lacked fresh fruit options, disappointing. The quality of dinner at the hotel restaurant was nice, and the ambiance was pleasant. When attempting to get assistance during check-in, I noticed staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times. The stay was enjoyable, but enhancements in room updates and more attentive service would really elevate the experience.

Location: the hotel was just off Paleis het Loo and Kroeller-Muller Museum, and Klimbos and Apenheul. The staff was especially helpful, providing an exceptional service. We loved the inside of the royal king suite, it featured a nice decor.

The staff were exceptional, very charming and made us feel welcome.
We are from Canada where hotels normally have free internet, so we found the internet rates to be very high.

Despite a latish arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room service was quick and delicious. We both slept well so the bed must have been comfortable as well. The included breakfast the following morning was most comprehensive. All in all great value for money.
Didn't really have time to find any faults as we were only there about 10 hours!

friendly staff, very good breakfast, superbe cuisine, The four star rating is very misleading because it is equivalent to, or superior than most five star hotels, to qualify as a five star hotel it has to have air conditioning, because of its spacious layout and excelent location this is unnesscessary.

Staff were excellent. Room size was good. Water was hot. Breakfast pretty good.
Free wifi should be free throughout the hotel - this is a given these days in most hotels. The selection of food in the bar needs expanding - something like burger and chips would have been nice. The small restaurant next to the bar needs a face lift. The gym equipment is tired and out of date.

Nice hotel, nice and helpfull staff (sometimes too helpful). Nice and large rooms. Extensive breakfast.
Climate in room was not very good, very hot and no possibilities for ventilation. Drinks at bar quiet expensive.

Great breakfast and comfy family stay!
Amazing that they offered loads of vegan options at breakfast! Friendly staff made it even better. Just wish there was air con. It got pretty hot with only one window for cool air at night.
